In 2015 the Total Catch of Salmon and Grilse from the Carron water was 219. The ten year average is a little below 200. Catch and Release is strongly encouraged and the Release Percentage is well above ninety per cent.
Carron expects anglers to abide by the Spey Fishery Board Conservation Policy (see below) as an absolute minimum.
